“Despite the alterations taking place, Silver Zone parking was efficient. The airport experience outbound worked well and there were a range of good facilities on offer. We had a ramp onto the plane which was welcomed. Unfortunately on arrival back at Bristol Airport it was the same old story of multiple staircases. Given the increase in people taking cabin bags rather than hold luggage, and a range of mobility needs, then stairs / steps need to be avoided. I would like to see Bristol Airport making the arrival experience more accessible by reconfiguring the airport to include flat surfaces / ramps and no steps.”
