“The special assistance team were fab , I arrived at 5.30 on 24 th September. , I didn’t get the lady’s name on the desk , her husband is from Newcastle, ( narrows it down)
Richard who took me to the departo lounge , was very friendly and helpful, putting me at ease.
Malek took me to the plane ,,also an extremely helpful and friendly person.
Security personnel, were fine , obviously you don’t have much interaction with them when passing through, but I found them extremely polite and professional, sometimes I think it’s about attitude when you’re travelling,, and maybe take it out on the staff, who have obviously to check that the luggage has no suspicious objects in. Thank you Bristol Airport.”

Yesterday couldn't have been more different. Kaitlin and Harry were amazing from the moment we checked in until we got on the plane. It was a brilliant service from start to finish. Can not thank them enough and well done to Bristol Airport for really getting their act together.”
“Special Assistance at Bristol Airport 8-3-2025 was very good for travelling home to Bristol with a passenger with a badly injured knee. They were using a leg brace and crutches, but also needed a wheelchair for any difference. All staff were very helpful and sympathetic. There were no waits for the lift and wheelchairs.”
