"Bought a book from these people. Book was damaged, a number of pages badly creased. Complained. Sent photographs. They offered a 20% discount. I declined as the book was useless to me. They asked me to send back the book but refused to pay return postage as that was 'not their policy.' I have not dealt with a company as dishonest and unreliable as this ever. Do not buy books from these people."
