They say it will be there on a Friday, expect it the next fortnight Friday and that’s after you have to chase it up numerous times! Company tries to blame the customer. Take lots of photos! Don’t be fooled by nice initial customer service. They will treat you like a criminal if you complain about broken and scratched boards delivered! The boards are thrown around in the back of the truck in the same manner they treat customers who have spent over $15k! Absolutely disgusted. Should’ve saved the stress and gone to Bunnings.”
