“Easy delivery and returns. The product looked as pictured online. Unfortunately the standard length was too short overall, and the extra long length was too long on the back. So I had to return both. I'm 6'4 and it seems they there is no braces for my body length.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, We are sorry to hear you have had an issue with the length of the braces. Having listened to your issue, we are now going to be releasing a filter option on the website that will allow you to search through braces based on the maximum length of the trouser braces - hopefully this will help you with future searches on our website. “Delivery was prompt. order was correct and braces are very suitable. Comfortable but if I'm honest, slightly too large. Would have been fine at 4 cms.”

Hi Alan, Thank you for your feedback, We are sorry you feel your braces could have been improved by being a slightly smaller width. Generally the adult braces we stock come in the following widths, 25mm 35mm 50mm Having taken your feedback on board, we will soon be introducing a filter function on our website, you will be able to search for your next braces by looking through only the 35mm width trouser braces. “On receipt of the braces I found that one set was heavier duty than I had expected. Used online chat to ask about replacement set and additional cost. Very helpful and currently awaiting replacement item”

“The braces themselves were great. The boxes they came in though were really tatty which a shame as I was giving the two pairs I purchased as a present!”

“They arrived quickly and on time. Great product. One slight criticism is that the product description needs to be expanded a little. I expected that the leather 'junction' where the braces cross would be black. It was in fact a tan colour. This might have made me Look around more.”

“I was impressed by the speediness with which I received my order. However, when I gave the braces to my friend, I found that he already had some, so I had to return them. Hopefully, they will be just as speedy in arranging my refund”

“The braces are fine, but am disappointed no buttons were included in the box, I have not seen any trousers sold with buttons attached. It would cost pennies to put them in and save me a lot of time looking for a shop to sell me six buttons.”

“The name BRITISH BRACES implies, or at least strongly suggests that the said items may/could be actually British. One item, was made in USA and was in honesty of good quality; the other was of average quality and made in China. The cost of the latter far exceeded that which I could have purchased online, albeit I would have to wait 21 days for delivery. A Company in Britain which supplies Braces from USA, China and most probable elsewhere best describes BB. DMC”
