“The clips on the braces keep opening and my trousers slide down . Phoned to complain. The lady said she would look into the matter and phone me back that was Five days ago. She has not contacted me. Thus I conclude that the quality of the product and the service is rubbish. Derek Ryman.”

“Quality of the braces very poor. Returned in days. The return/ refund was easy and prompt. Uncomfortable with name "British Braces" when the packaging boldly displays "Made in China". The "British" being one of the reasons I chose from them.”

“I ordered a pair of vintage Levis and some braces to go with them. British Braces got my order to me in less than 24 hours. Levis still haven't dispatched. This is a perfect example of the smaller company giving better customer service than the big boys. Having said that... I can't wait to see how the Braces go with the Jeans :) - Fantastic service and great quality!”
