“This my 4th pair of braces from British Braces all in all they are quite good .The Clips some times need adjusting after I have worn the Braces with Jeans they tend to spread so out come the pliers for a minor adjustment no problem ...”

“Website was easy to navigate but recovering the parcel seems to be a different matter. Paid for next day delivery a week ago and still no parcel to be seen”

Hi Fiona, We are really sorry you have had an issue. We have checked your order and it shows that you chose a 1st Class delivery service, not a next day service. Your order was despatched on 25th November with Royal Mail. Royal Mail tell us that 1st Class orders can take up to 5-7 working/business days due to the busy seasonal period.
