Broadway Broadband offered a good service: emails answered promptly, phone calls returned and information given clearly. The installation was OK. Could have brought better attention to the placing of cables, so a bit of knitting had to be dealt with after the guys left. A very pleasant service overall.

We have only just joined broadway partners but so far it’s been very good. Would recommend if like us broadband is an issue due to location

Ours was a tricky installation, with no line of sight to the village hub station, but eventually Broadway found a way to relay our service in, and it is good and fast. Many thanks.

When the engineers could connect us to the local dish they persevered and connected us last week to another, so far so good and I think they are coming back to make inprovments. looking good at the moment

Installation was prompt. Although there were a couple of early glitches these were dealt with promptly. Our download speeds are now up to 200 times quicker than the 0.75 meg we were receiving with our previous broadband supplier. Overall we are very satisfied with the service we have received up to now.

It took a wee while to get things moving ,can only assume this was due to demand,but once done was quick install and we are very pleased with the network speed

The broadband service is usually very good. At times we may have reduced wifi but this is always temporary. If we have any problems they are dealt with quickly and effeiciently.

For some reason my tv keeps buffering which is really quite annoying, other than that I’m pleased with it.

Now &again we experience a bit of a problem ,however have been happy with your dealings re these things.Do understand that no system is perfect but very pleased with the change from our old supplier to Broadway Partners. All in all happy,Mary&Michael Reeve

Good firm to deal with as they are always prompt and helpful when things go wrong. Usually internet speed is very good though there are odd glitches when it is like the internet is stuttering on/off, however it is so much faster and more reliable than our previous BT provider. I would definitely recommend them.

I would have awarded 5 stars but unfortunately my wifi has been down so many times due to cambletown being down or maintenance. Other then that, it's been fine.

On the whole, an excellent service, with few problems. My only quibble is that we were told at the time of service introduction that, unlike satellite broadband, trees do not impede the signal. An engineer told us last summer, when the signal became intermittent for a week or so, that trees between here and Monyquil were disrupting the signal ! Ray Smith, Glenloig, Arran
