“On the whole it is a pretty good service, but November was a bad time. I sent copies of speed screenshots, hardly managing 5Mbps ... at times just about 1Mbps. Hope this will speed up with your new 50Mbps package, at the price of £24.99, as I will be one of your closest clients to your Bennan mast.(A massive saving of 1p per month) Thank you.”

“We had broadband installed just before Christmas and we have been very pleased with the results. . . We are able to use iplayer etc again which was an impossibility before. Installation was dealt with very efficiently too.”

“Most of the time the service is excellent. My only reservation, and the reason for not giving a Very Good rating, is that there are times when the service goes down or becomes very slow, though this is generally only for a short time.”

“The overall service from Broadway is good. There have been broadband reception issues but iven the newness of the system’s technology this has to be expected, however it can be frustrating at times.”

“Broadway Partners as a company to deal with are great. They keep you updated and respond fairly quickly. However the satellite broadband still isn't delivering to what we were assured of. It's still very inconsistent”
