“Very disappointed! I was so excited for this unique gift for my dad's birthday. I set a delivery date that was 5 days out.. NOTHING stated it could not be delivered on time. The shippment was even packaged 3 days after the delivery date.... CUSTOMER SERVICES DID NOT SEEM TO CARE ... SAID TO WAIT.

“Really great idea, but they charged a fortune to upgrade the bottle of booze, then sent a basic bottle of something entirely different, refused to refund the upgrade charge despite having pictures of what they sent vs. what was delivered. Definitely don't pay the money to upgrade to anything because they don't guarantee you will get what you're paying for.”
“I ordered a black label crate for a relative to be delivered on his birthday. A couple days after placing the order I was informed that it will be delivered two days later. When the recipient received the gift, I found out the gift set was completely different than what I had selected.
Upon speaking with customer service, there is a substitution statement that you agree to when you place an order. There was no communication made with me that there will be a substitution as what I selected is out of stock. I wish I knew sooner because this relative now has a gift that I didnβt select nor do they like the liquor selection that was sent.
I thought this was a cool concept but now I wonβt be ordering from here again because there is no guarantee that what you select is what the recipient will receive.”
