“I’ve used Bubble T directly to order lots of different bath products for presents that you can’t find in high street shops, and have always been more than satisfied. But I have recently ordered and received a package containing 5 items, 4 of which are perfect, but one item, “Confetea Jar Of Bath Pearls Gift Set”was smashed when I opened the packaging….I have emailed the company twice in the last week and also sent a direct message via the website stressing my disappointment regarding this issue as it was a Birthday present for my friend. I have had no reply to any of my emails or message, therefore, I will not be using this company again.”
“Lovely looking products, although the website was offering a free gift with a £20 spend and I reached this threshold but didn’t receive the free gift. I had emailed before ordering as it wasn’t showing in my basket and never received a response or the gift. The products I ordered were for a gift so it would have been nice to try the brand for myself.”

I received a lotion I really loved in an ipsy box. So I had tried to purchase some through your wesite. I NEVER received them. I tried to reach out multiple time to get a refund, locate my order, and get a status on my order. NO RESPONSE.
It is ashame, because I really liked your products and I wanted to get more.”
“I am happy with the products that I actually received, but my order was missing an item which you are currently in the process of refunding, which is great, although I wouldn’t have been receiving the refund if I hadn’t rang you. It also states on your website that it takes 1-3 working days for delivery, however mine took a lot longer than this (8 days to process the order and a further 7 days to actually receive it).”
