“Exceptional customer services from all 3 young men I spoke to. They ensured our purchases were delivered express post allowing us to gift the costumes to our granddaughters when they visited. Very apologetic for a couple of hiccups we experienced. This was our 3rd purchase and will support Budgee Smuggler again in the future.”

“Customer service ….. the warehouse sale was where I headed It was super hectic on day 1…but… a team member came to my assistance and bingo all was sorted with a minimum of fuss and with a smile….love my three new pairs of smugglettes especially the Yellowstone …. “Sizing is way out. Measured to sizing chart and went ‘down’ a size of sizing chart to ensure snug fit. Still way too big and can not actually swim laps on them. Pretty disappointing when you can only buy online and have to trust the sizing charts.”
