“Budgy Smuggler, as well as having excellent products (the t shirts I recently ordered were super high quality), have great customer service. One of the t shirts didn't fit me quite right so I sent it back but they no longer had it in my size. Fortunately Rob was brilliant. He was very responsive and helped me sort out exactly what I needed being able to send my parcel back and get the correct size when the next shipment arrived from Australia. All around me moving house. Life saver”

“Incredible experience from start to finish - ordered a handful of items to be shipped to Dubai from Aus. It arrived in about two days with no hassles, straight to the front door and packaged in an awesome patterned express post envelope that matches the purchased products so I don’t even have to gift wrap it! Customer service was elite when I had a question regarding one of the products after payment, I was well looked after and promptly replied to. Such a fantastic company with people who obviously care about their customers!”
