“Unfortunately I had to return my green and orange hibiscus one piece. My only gripe is, I lived the colour but wanted the racer back normal one piece but for me to have that I would have to pay an extra $40 for a custom. The $100 is already a stretch for me to pay for my favourite bathers, the extra $40 is too much. A sure way to upsell but Unfortunately not for me. Sorry.”

“Stitching came undone and made a hole on the waistband. Very poor quality. This happened after 1 wash. Disappointing.”

“I hate the way you look so good, everyone starts to stare. I hate it how you last so long, I just want to buy more pairs. I hate your big, bright fruity prints; a bird just bit my butt. I hate the way your stupid drawstring banters with my gut. I hate the way you’re for all occasions, not just for playing sports. I hate it when people mandate shirts, even worse when they mandate shorts. I hate the way you make it obvious when it’s so cold things get small. But mostly I hate the way I don’t hate you. Not even close. Not even a little bit. Not even at all.”

“A massive thank you to Emma (Ems) and the whole budgy smugglers team. I purchased 5 pairs including a custom pair and required them before my overseas trip for personal reasons. Emma moved heaven and earth to ensure the order arrived in time. She is very down to earth and genuinely cares about her customers. Easily the best customer I've ever received. “Never get disappointed! Quality and sizing is always great. Loved the style of the Hawaiian shirt that I got and it looks exactly like it’s shown on the pictures. Keep doing what you are doing! I’d love to see more options on the shirts and hopefully matching shorts in the future as the style, quality and designs are the best!”

“Wow, what an amazing service!!! I had a few problems with my address, finding the right size, and product availability, and all were so patiently and perfectly resolved by the customer service team. Ems was lovely and so dedicated to making everything work -- the effort put into my order was unbelievable. Ems was beyond understanding and accommodating, and I've genuinely never had such an amazing customer service experience!
