“Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service. I phoned yesterday to inquire about a delivery and the first man I spoke to was extremely helpful and did everything he could to assist me. Later that day I spoke to another lady on the phone and she explained my order situation and what the company would do for me to ensure my order arrived on time. The order was delivered by another amazing staff member on time and beautifully presented. Every member I dealt with showed outstanding customer service, compassion and reflected the truly mission of this exceptional company. I have bought many items from Budgy Smuggler in the past and will continue to do so and tell everyone I meet to do the same. Keep up your superb work.”

“INCREDIBLE customer service. I spoke with three different staff members over a period of 1 month to organise the perfect matching pair of smugglers and smuglettes for myself and my partner. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and available to chat via email and over the phone. Special shoutout to Emma for her generosity, kindness, and willingness to help me. This service sold the company to me. However... the actual bathers are awesome too! Beautiful, bright, and of great quality. True Aussie business. I love everything about Budgy Smugglers and cant wait to surprise my partner at Christmas time! :)”

“I hate the way you look so good, everyone starts to stare. I hate it how you last so long, I just want to buy more pairs. I hate your big, bright fruity prints; a bird just bit my butt. I hate the way your stupid drawstring banters with my gut. I hate the way you’re for all occasions, not just for playing sports. I hate it when people mandate shirts, even worse when they mandate shorts. I hate the way you make it obvious when it’s so cold things get small. But mostly I hate the way I don’t hate you. She has been absolutely amazing to deal with, so attentive, elite communication, superior service and knowledge, and you can tell she truly cares about making a difference. I’ve had my eye on some styles that weren't in stock, and she let me know straight away when it was available, and even organised the rest of my items to be purchased and delivered as it was a large order!
