Budgy Smuggler is also staffed by some incredibly kind and gracious people that have a been a pleasure to communicate to and work with. I highly recommend Budgy Smuggler based on their fantastic swimsuits and phenomenal customer service!”

“A massive thank you to Emma (Ems) and the whole budgy smugglers team. I purchased 5 pairs including a custom pair and required them before my overseas trip for personal reasons. Emma moved heaven and earth to ensure the order arrived in time. She is very down to earth and genuinely cares about her customers. Easily the best customer I've ever received. Thanks again Emma for all your efforts, they were very much appreciated, and I received my order just in time. Very happy with my order!”

“Never get disappointed! Quality and sizing is always great. Loved the style of the Hawaiian shirt that I got and it looks exactly like it’s shown on the pictures. Keep doing what you are doing! I’d love to see more options on the shirts and hopefully matching shorts in the future as the style, quality and designs are the best!”

“Wow, what an amazing service!!! I had a few problems with my address, finding the right size, and product availability, and all were so patiently and perfectly resolved by the customer service team. Ems was lovely and so dedicated to making everything work -- the effort put into my order was unbelievable. Ems was beyond understanding and accommodating, and I've genuinely never had such an amazing customer service experience! You can just tell that this is a team that cares so much about their customers. They've definitely made a lifelong Budgy Smuggler fan in me! Could not recommend a better business to support!”

“I recently bought 3 cozzies and I love them all. I wore all three in the Ultraswim 33.3 #3 Croatia 2 weeks ago. I got numerous compliments and the cozzies were comfortable and caused no chaffing, big bonus. From now on you are my go to brand.”

“amazing swimmers and even better customer service. Walking into the collection point was mlike being greeted by family. Phone service was 100% amazing as well.
