“Can't fault the goods or the sevice on both occasions I've bought from them, the web site make ordering so easy, time slots are good an d work well with my job on Fridays, would defenatly rec omens and use again, thank you :)”

“Prices of products are great but most of all the customer service is brilliant I had a problem with the payment online and they called me back three times to get it all sorted and then it was a quick delivery great service”

“I am going to be honest- really helpful staff and good service. However I had 4x2 lengths of timber delivered and I have never seen so many twists in so much timber in my life. I wasn't there when the order was delivered and many were unusable but the carpenters had already started and made best use of what was there. Advice- if it's timber get it yourself”

“I ordered 100 decking boards online from the Birmingham Aston branch and i really didn't know what to expect. I called just before delivery and and i was told everything was all sorted and i will receive the delivery between 1.30-4.30. The delivery came on time and the driver was excellent. He helped carry the decking boards to the back garden. Quality service and so far the decking boards are excellent. I will be using build again for other building projects.”
