The idea that I can order and pay online, add my vehicle registration to my Built account, and have the staff know who I am and what I want as soon as I pull in to the pickup bay without having to say a word to anyone is just pure gold!”

“Very impressed with the personal responsibility if there are issues staff are second to none... Items are delivered on time and emails are always offering deals what more can you want I will not go anywhere else Minor gripe is they need just a bit more choice in items but what a great start for a company”

“Always very friendly helpfull staff and very informative to help with querys to make sure you get the correct items for your needs. Extremly clean and tidy building which is clearly laid out. Helpful click and collect system and you always get the feeling that the staff are always willing to help you.”

“Free delivery on a Saturday at short notice. Driver was a few minutes earlier than stated time slot and helped carry four lots of materials into the house. Second time I've used Built. Both experiences good. Will use again. Only issue is limited choice of materials on website.”
