“Everyone in the team that I have dealt with has been very helpful. Even the driver that brought the delivery, when he found out that I was on my own and I could not move from my drive all the tons of wood that I ordered, he suggested taking all the wood back to the warehouse and redelivering it when my husband was back from camping with the children. This I call excellent customer care. Thanks a lot.”

“5 Stars. I ordered online 8 Celotex insulation boards for collection. Ordered on Thursday morning and whilst ordering you can choose a time slot when to collect, so I choose 15:00-16:00 and I arrived in my time slot, when I arrived I gave my order number and was asked to park in parking space W5 and my order was ready right next to my allocated space where my vehicle was loaded promptly. I was in and out within in a few minutes absolutely spot on service, what a fantastic idea to have a drive through collection builder merchants. 5 out of 5 from me, Will 100% use Built again Many Thanks Sean”
