Had my dog bed a little over a year and took off mattress protector full of mold, told me to use 1part vinegar 1 part water .. it barely took it out. Buyer beware do not buy from this company..

What a pure waste of money. A chew resistant crate pad eh? Destroyed in one night by a dog not even known to chew. This product is nothing more than a glorified airplane pillow. Why would I want a replacement? This is nothing more than a health hazard. What makes your product chew resistant? Absolutely NOTHING!! One simple scratch of a paw and its torn the material encasing your overpriced foam. Lousy customer service and a company that cannot stand by its product. We all know your 5 star reviews were bought and paid for. GTFOOH

IF I could give them Zero stars I would. They guarantee the chew resistant bed for 200 days. Within 3 hours our boy chewed it. We figured they would refund us, no they sent us another bed, why if he chewed one he would chew another. Well we thought maybe they thought it was a manufacturer defect so we went with it. Second bed was eaten within a week. So we sent pictures of the freshly chewed bed and I was told they would do nothing for us because they sent us a new bed already. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY LIE!!!

I was between buying this bed or a bigbarker. I went with this bed due to it being cheaper, and I’m so sorry I did. Sometimes you do get what you pay for. I got the XL size so it was still a substantial cost and when the bed came in it had several issues. The outer cover had a small hole in it which I noticed opening it so I immediately contacted customer service. I attempted calling, but no answer so I left a voicemail. After a while I realized I could text as well so I tried that. I got a text back the next day asking for pictures which I sent. 3 days later I still didn’t have any response to the pictures, but it was over thanksgiving weekend, so I wasn’t too bothered, but I did text again asking if I should ship the whole thing back or what to do. I received a text later that day that said to open the rest of the bed and if it was ok, they would ship out a new cover. I was happy with that, but when I opened it the waterproof cover was stained and there was a small chunk of memory foam missing from the bed. I decided I should open it all up to see if anything else was defective and opening the waterproof zipper the first time it got so stuck I could not get it to budge. I asked if we could speak on the phone due to all of the issues and sent photos, but no response. The next day the representative text and said “Hello. I am having a new bed shipped out to you.” He then said he didn’t know if I had to send that one back, but would let me know, so I kept all of the packing. I didn’t hear anything so on 12/4 I reached out again. On 12/6 I got a response saying just to keep using that bed and that they were sending out the replacement tomorrow, again. I didn’t hear anything else so this past Monday I reached out again. I got a response saying that Joe had sent out the replacement cover and tracking shows it was received. I didn’t know that I had only been shipped a cover but it was in my mailbox. On Tuesday I sent messages back saying that they had told me a new bed was shipping so I got rid of all the packing materials and wasn’t worried about it anymore. I sent pictures of the texts saying that a new bed was shipping out and to just use the one that I had. I never heard anything back from those messages with the pictures. So yesterday I reached out again asking when they were going to ship the new bed because I had already sent the text confirming they had said that. I got a message back saying that if I wanted the new bed I had to pack this bed up with all of the defective issues and mail it back to them. This is almost a month since I first sent a message. Almost a month I had been waiting on a new bed because of what they said. I would not have even expected a new bed without sending this back if they had not said that. The pros are that the foam does seem nice, thick, and firm so it should be supportive. But both covers had issues there is a small piece of foam missing, and customer service was almost no help. I do have a new outer cover now, but the waterproof cover is still messed up, and now I will just not be buying anything else from this company.

They sent the wrong size bed, a size XXL. They have no protocol for how to return this giant bed so after 40 emails I got my money back and have to figure out how to get rid of it myself. Nobody will ever call you back, they only email. The most frustrating return process I've ever experienced. Especially when it was the companies fault. No idea about the quality of the bed. They lost a customer after the 20th email.

My dogs do not like the bed. They only will get on it if I make them. They get off as soon as they can. I have a boxer/lab age 9 and a medium beagle age 3. Neither of them like the bed. DO NOT BUY. I messaged customer service and no reply. DO NOT BUY

I would give zero stars if I could. My dog is a chewer and after destroying all other beds we read the reviews on the Bully Bed “chew resistant” and decided to purchase one. We received the bed today and within 1 hour of introducing our girl to it, she made 2 holes in the bed. We emailed the company and unfortunately they said they can’t refund us but will send a new bed...No thanks, what’s the point?

Costumer service was awful. They were very sneaky on how they sold me a bed, and never told me info on it when I went to return it they told me I couldn’t even with the 100% satisfaction guarantee. The day I got the bed I let them know my bulldog did not like it- he wouldn’t go on it. It was a return bed that they sold me (they insisted me to get) since their other ones were sold old. It was a used bed so I thought it was the smell/Oder from another dog why he didn’t like it, as well as it being too small (as I asked before getting it if it would fit his size and they clearly said yes it would.) when getting it, it was small and had another digs Oder in it that my dog did not like! I spend 160.00 on two beds that they recommended me get via chat and then even before the second bed came I let them know something was wrong with the bed that My dog did not like it if I could return it. I let them know that I would never recommend them to dog owners I know as a company they were terrible. Would not recommend.

U was very excited about my bully bed being delivered. Its been almost a month since my bed got delivered. My dog would lay in it sometimes during the day, but at night he wont sleep in it at all. In the morning when I get up he is sleep on my couch, and he is never on my couch ever!! I will be contacting the seller if this continues. My dog is well trained, he is a 5 yr old lab who is very obedient, and I dont want him to develop this bad habit of sleeping on mommy's couch ...

I purchased the chew proof XXL bed for my Great Danes. When I put the bed together it was very flat. It does take a few days for the bed to fully inflate. After 2 weeks I took the cover off to wash and noticed the stuffing on the inside had numerous holes. The cover itself was fine but you can tell the stuffing would not last. I immediately called the number on the website and the owner told me the stuffing is not chew proof but to send him pictures through email and he would see what he could do. My dogs did not chew the stuffing, they simply walked on the bed for the stuffing to break. The owner then emailed me back and said they would replace the stuffing but after looking at it more I realized this would happen again and I really wasn't happy with this purchase- $261.00 should have lasted longer than 2 weeks! I asked for a refund but Joe the owner said that is NOT an option for a RUINED bed. Well what is the point of this satisfaction guarantee? It clearly states on the website if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days they will refund you. Well apparently that is NOT the case. I will stick to my original dog bed website- K9ballistics. Never ever had an issue!

My year old pit bull destroyed this bed in one day of receiving it! I thought these beds were special made for dogs that like to chew and destroy things! After he finished off my couch pillows, I was informed by a coworker to buy this product but unfortunately it didn’t work out for us.

We bought a bullybed for $200 and it lasted less than 24 hours. Our dog ripped it to shreds. I wouldn't advise buying one of these. The company stated they would send us a new cover, which wouldn't be helpful since the inside was in a million pieces.
