"What a pure waste of money. A chew resistant crate pad eh? Destroyed in one night by a dog not even known to chew. This product is nothing more than a glorified airplane pillow. Why would I want a replacement? This is nothing more than a health hazard. What makes your product chew resistant? Absolutely NOTHING!! One simple scratch of a paw and its torn the material encasing your overpriced foam. Lousy customer service and a company that cannot stand by its product. We all know your 5 star reviews were bought and paid for. GTFOOH"

The title says it all. The covers are hard to clean between washing. That is, they don't sweep or vacuum easily. The covers are durable and wash nicely though. Our two labs, one young and one old, love the beds.
”
