“I live in California and I honestly think this is such great value for your money, even getting it shipped overseas. It's a great opportunity to try different treats we can't get here in the states. Best of all, I know they're safe and healthy for my piggies. I have a very peculiar little pig and he LOVES the forages! They demolish the toys too ( : I work in a pet store and this stuff is so much better. It also makes for cute pictures, of course--I can't wait for next month!”

“Ordered in November as a Christmas present, its now 20th Dec and hasn't arrived. Contact via email is a waste of time as the refused to resend the box or refund my money even though the have no proof of postage! Will be opening a dispute with PayPal to get !y money back”

“Really happy with my 1st Bunny Box. Fluffs is also a happy bunny and is enjoying all the goodies. A great idea and i've decided to take out a subscription because i cant easily get to the pet store.”

“Received our first Bunny Box today and couldn't be happier! Great selection of toys and treats for our bunnies, Buttons and Florence. The value is exceptionally good when you compare prices at Pets at Home. So pleased I decided to do a six month subscription, definitely a happy bunny ????”

“Was very impressed with speedy service and lovely selection of high quality treats ! I think I was as excited as my Bunny - who was loving what was inside but even though I put it out out on the floor he seemed to like the box it all came in more !! Lol”

“Thank you, Bunny Box! My picky spoiled bunny is very happy! She likes all the treats, I am surprised!! We live in Cyprus and it's impossible to find that kind of treats in local pet shops. There is no choice here, only 1 type of food and 1 toy in any pet shop. The delivery to Cyprus took 2 weeks, that's normal and even fast :)”

“Bunny box is a fantastic idea! It was great receiving items that I have not seen before in any shop. It's a great opportunity to buy your bunnies things but mix it up every time. You're not going to get the same thing twice in a row. My bunnies loved chewing up the box that it all came in too. They really have thought of everything and I cant fault it in any way.”

“Items which are more natural and contain less seeds would be ideal. There was too much emphasis on sweet treats in my first box. Rabbits don't need lots of sugar. I liked the toys and the bark very much though as did my bunnies. Thank you.”

“I've tried emailing and I've sent a message via Facebook page in regards to them sending my order to the wrong address so I have paid £15 for something we haven't received and nobody has bothered to reply to me not a happy customer at all”

We are sorry you don't feel the box is worth the money. This month's box has products worth over £18 and you get free delivery, so you are saving money on the products and getting free 2 day delivery. Previous boxes have contained products worth over £22 and we always ensure each box has products worth more than the box price.

“we saw the reversible snuggle tunnel and thought it would be ideal for our house rabbit to snuggle up in, so we ordered it, but on arrival it did not turn out to be what we expected, on looking at the photo it looks like it is more sleeping bag shape with one end sealed, rather than a tunnel also it was a lot smaller than the photo leads you to believe, they must have used a very small rabbit in the photo. I know sizes were given but we did not actually look at a tape measure and relied on the photo. our rabbit does go through it but it is a tight squeeze. he prefers to throw it around so he is still getting some fun out of it. maybe a suggestion would be to look at the verbal description and maybe a more clearer photo or possibly 2.”
