“For my 1st box I was hoping for a balance of toys and treats. The toys that were offered (wicker ball, and 3 of the same thing for the 2nd item). It's hard to keep more than one bun entertained and was hoping for a little more where the toys were concerned and for what I paid for it cause it ships to the US. I don't think I will order another.”

“my bunny and guinea pigs didn't like yarrow. it's beacuse yarrow is bitter. overall box was nice, but bitter herb was not good choice. maybe it's healthy, but not tasty.”

“Items which are more natural and contain less seeds would be ideal. There was too much emphasis on sweet treats in my first box. Rabbits don't need lots of sugar. I liked the toys and the bark very much though as did my bunnies. Thank you.”

“Toys are great, but food and treats are full of cerals and seeds, which are not so suitable for bunnies. :(”

“we saw the reversible snuggle tunnel and thought it would be ideal for our house rabbit to snuggle up in, so we ordered it, but on arrival it did not turn out to be what we expected, on looking at the photo it looks like it is more sleeping bag shape with one end sealed, rather than a tunnel also it was a lot smaller than the photo leads you to believe, they must have used a very small rabbit in the photo. I know sizes were given but we did not actually look at a tape measure and relied on the photo. our rabbit does go through it but it is a tight squeeze. he prefers to throw it around so he is still getting some fun out of it. maybe a suggestion would be to look at the verbal description and maybe a more clearer photo or possibly 2.”

“a bit disappointed. there were a lot of treats and only two toys. for some reason i expected there to be a higher toys:treats ratio :( my rabbit only liked one of the treats so i feel like it was a waste :(”

Hello, Thanks for your feedback... Our website clearly shows all the products which are in the Bunny Box each month so you can see what you are buying before you order. There are 2 treats, 2 toys and 2 food items each month included in the Bunny Box to give it a complete variety to the box. All the products are natural and chosen to be suitable for rabbits, but of course, like humans some rabbits will not like everything in the box whereas other rabbits will eat it all.
