My box didn't arrive, initially bunny box were fine and explained how they have to wait 30 day and after that the box would be officially lost and I would get a full refund. Over a month later Bunny box are ignoring my Facebook messages despite having read them. I still have no box and no refund. Terrible customer service.

Ordered in November as a Christmas present, its now 20th Dec and hasn't arrived. Contact via email is a waste of time as the refused to resend the box or refund my money even though the have no proof of postage! Will be opening a dispute with PayPal to get !y money back

Have not received yet. Still waiting, shipping to USA, so expected some delay, but since I already received a follow up email asking me to review the box, a bit concerned.

I've tried emailing and I've sent a message via Facebook page in regards to them sending my order to the wrong address so I have paid £15 for something we haven't received and nobody has bothered to reply to me not a happy customer at all

Asked to leave a review, still haven't received second box. Photo sent in from first box was ignored. Very poor
