“We found our last car through CarWow at Burrows. We had a great experience with all the staff we dealt with throughout the purchasing process. Hence we returned to purchase and part ex for our new car. We had the same great experience, with all the staff again. Very happy with the whole purchasing process, whilst getting to know many of the staff that were so helpful and knowledgeable.”

“During my initial visit I found staff at Burrows Rotherham to be very friendly and welcoming. I was attended to quickly and offered refreshment. Similarly when dealing with staff over the phone they were always courteous and professional.”

“Darren. your salesman, was extremely helpful and talked me through the decision to buy a Toyota Yaris hybrid. Indeed he has been available since and last week re-set the clock. I love the car. However, I had to call the garage because the car's battery was flat. Alan came and sorted the problem I should have been driving this brand new ex showroom car and building up the battery charge but have since! Mind you is it true that if the Yaris hybrid is left for say a fortnight the battery will run flat? I hope to go on holiday this year and am worried that that is the case. However, apart from that query I must finish on a positive not because the car is fabulous and I had never considered buying a Toyota until being persuaded to go and have a look by my friend Eric and my nephew Alan too. On Friday in the Lidl car park, Barnsley two other customers admired my Yaris and quizzed me. They both had OLD Toyotas. Perhaps potential customers of Burrows, Barnsley. Thank you very much”

“Bought a used car car from Toyota Rotherham. Initially spoke to Jamie, and then dealt with Taylor. Both these guys were extremely helpful. Taylor resoponded to all my queries and took his time in dealing with me. Sorted a few issues on the car before collection - which was appreciated. Optional services were discusssed but there was no hard sell. Reception staff were also very helpful, I could see that customer care was important and all staff demonstrated this. Car was fully valeted before collection. Taylor (and Jamie) are a credit to your organisation. Would highly recommend.”

“Excellent experience throughout. Raul in sales (Rotherham) looked after us superbly from beginning to end of our purchase of a 2021 Toyota Aygo. Obtained our new car at a fair, competitive price with a generous allowance on our trade-in. As well as Raul, met 8 members of their team having various involvements, Jamie - Sales Manager, Jack - overall manager, a chap from servicing about a particular enquiry, Lorraine from hospitality, handover people, and others, nothing too much trouble to get the right, helpful person involved. All in all a great team there at Burrows Rotherham. Will definitely be back here for our next car.”

“The gentleman that deals with motability cars was very good. When I picked my car up he set everything up in the car. I am very pleased with my car only problem is there is no rear windscreen wipes and that is very bad because you cannot see out of it”
