“There is absolutely no way you can improve your service. I've had no problems receiving my orders. In fact quicker than expected. I once had a problem with the credit card billing but not only did you handle the issue, you found out the problem was on your end and not only informed me right away but fixed the issue and gave me a discount to apply to my order. “Color freshness is not the same as product. Greener the fresher, browner the older it is. Green Kratom is not suppose to be brown. Terrible item I received a while back. Had to buy local for a good quality.”
