“Love the flexibility and ability to change the voucher if its not what you're after. We were bought a cinema and meal voucher, but the cinema chain is nowhere near us so we converted to a spa day by contributing a little bit more. Scrolling through the options in your area is a tad confusing though.”
“The process took a long time, I was left hanging on the phone around 15 to 20 mins! Eventually I had a conversation. The operator asked me several questions that I had previously and all ready answered! So that was extra time and not needed if he had read my message in the first place. I was offered a certain time slot and no other was offered, apparently there is a time restriction when booking with them but on calling the actual place that im going to at the spa, they rearranged my time slot for me as a matter of goodwill because I didnt know about the restriction. The reason i made the call in the first place was because going online didnt allow me to make my booking so i had no choice but to call. Would i go with them again, im not sure. It may be a good price but its taken me alot of extra time and effort to arrange everything that other companies do for you. So i will have to think about it. All in all, not a great impression was made.”

“Communication issues as always. Takes ages to speak to someone. The initial booking of an event or place is not the easiest, especially with name of bill payer, billing address and gift recipient. My name came up with the address of recipient, and i couldn't see how to change it.”
“Option to put in delivery address was not clear so ended up receiving gift envelope that I wanted to send to someone else.

“I have ordered the Cafe Rouge meal deal and got a code. This was too complicated a process which you should simplify. I havent booked a date to use online yet and hope it can be booked simply by ringing Cafe Rouge which would be much simpler than trying to do it on line through your system.”
“Ordered the voucher, but was wrong one. Re-ordered the correct one, but the hotel we wanted to use was not on the list. I rang Buyagift and they were very helpful, were a but puzzled why the hotel wasn't on the list for the particular weekend we needed (we had used this system for the hotel before). They immediately organised a refund which I have received. Very helpful and polite. We have used them before, and not had any problems, just this one glitch.”
