I thought i was buying what it said in the title, essentially i gave them money, and now need to select from the lot something i want, eveb thou none of them do what i actually bought. Will not be doing this again and of i cant find the product i paid for i will be asking for a refund

I ordered a Buyagift on 24th of december. It was ment to be an new year's gift for my daughter. Today 9th of January the box hasn't been delivered yet. I already sent 2 mails to ask for information, no answer.

I phoned 3 times to get this gift for my sister 60th birthday not happy atol you kept saying be with you next day what joke I will not be using you again and will not recommend.

Tried to redeem a voucher which I bought my daughter for Christmas for a two night stay in a hotel £99 plus £40 breakfast for two morning as I tried to book they wanted a further £359 for the room so you are not buying a gift for £99 that is a deposit I would never recommend to anybody total con.

I’m still waiting to receive my packages I paid for express delivery and they are still yet to arrive a week on. VERY frustrating!!

No one will respond to me I bought a voucher as a gift it said it doesn't open so I cant print it. Sent numerous emails and still heard nothing. Christmas is now obviously past I didn't get to give the gift and still waiting for a reply

I don't know if it's been delivered, and found it very confusing. It's "Buy a Gift" but I got an email to download the voucher... it's not for me and there was nothing to say about emailing the recipient!

Delivery - the order was purchased on the 12th as a Christmas present. The gift box has not arrived. I hadn't noticed until the 24th. Will be chasing up tomorrow. A bit disappointed, normally the service is prompt and everything goes well. Perhaps missing with the post office? Still to check, unfortunately it was too late to contact them on the 24th.

Very disappointed. Requested hard copy booklet and added a Happy Christmas message. Only voucher received. No indication as to who it was from. Recipient logged on as instructed and was bombarded with ‘upgrade, info. Thought it was a scam and binned it all. Really upsetting for all concerned.
