Short Break voucher given to us as a 50th anniversary gift, unable to book any hotel in the south of England during the summer. Just tried again still unable to book a hotel anytime in Feb or March next year without incurring significant extra charges WHY

We recently integrated a live booking system to our website, allowing customers access to more hotels and locations. Many of the new hotels included have additional fees to them, this is because the full value of the voucher does not cover the cost. The gift I ordered was delivered within 1 day of ordering very efficient, I placed another order on the 8th dec but have not received anything or heard anything.

My voucher did no work while I was already in the restaurant so I had to pay full price, I am still waiting for a refund. I am not even sure they will refund me.

Very disappointed. Ordered a spa day for a colleague who was leaving. Placed on Monday and paid for 1st class. It is now Saturday and item hasn’t been delivered. Will not use again. Plenty of other companies out there.

I am recipient of gift voucher. Found the web site labyrinthian and quite bluntly almost impossible to find a suitable "gift" in a specific area to use my voucher against. I am grateful for the thought of the gift but would most certainly not use the site to purchase a gift for another person.

Still haven’t received my order or any notification of when it would likely to be delivered. You need better communication especially at Christmas time to put people at ease.

Really disappointed as bought a voucher for two London theatre break. I went to book a show, very limited seats were available for chosen show and only upgrades available which were a further £275 or more. That cost was more than if I bought two seats together directly. Very poor and now don’t have a use for the voucher.
