Bought an e-voucher as a birthday gift, attachment wouldn't open for myself or the recipient. Emailed buyagift team and got no response. Would like this resolved ASAP.

I bought a Buyagift voucher for afternoon tea at Coghlans Barningham they refused to honour my voucher because Difficulties getting payment from Buyagift.

We used a voucher at Prezzo in Victoria, service was truly awful and choice of menu was restricted because of shortages

Very disappointed with our purchase. Bought vouchers for The Shard, London after purchasing and the Email telling me to contact the venue directly to book time/date I was disappointed to find out the voucher was for walk ins only. Considering we are only in London for 2 days it's disappointing hoping there is availability when we get there.

I booked the race day experience only to be informed by Lingfield Racecourse that they needed 2 weeks notice to process the order. I had to cancel/refund and booked with them direct

I have tried several times to contact you regarding my gift voucher for £50 when I registered my gift voucher and chose a venue for my afternoon tea I assumed my voucher amount would be deducted from the price of £65.19. This did not happen and the full amount was deducted from my credit card. I have tried many times to contact you for an explanation without success

I have bought a voucher and the spa it's for has stopped responding to emails and phone calls and there isn't anywhere on Buyagift to contact anyone to help me.

Very cheeky how they word some of the vouchers, borderline false advertisement. It's not until you ring up the host establishment that you realise the voucher is not in fact what Buyagift represented it as and the establishment is left being harrassed by unhappy customers who were mislead. The vouchers should be clear and concise in exactly what they offer. Will not be using this site again.

I would have given NO STARS AT ALL were that possible. Frankly I'm amazed you have the temerity to send me an email asking "How did we do?' when you have - THREE TIMES - left me holding on to a phone line that never gets through to a 'live' person, for over 40 minutes each time - eventually promising that without losing my place in the queue, I can select to have to you call me back, but no call back materialises! The 'gift' I wanted to buy was for a stay at the Mercure Hotel in Edinburgh - which is specifically and clearly advertised on the website, but there was no way to check availability without buying the gift first. After seeing that I could get a full refund as long as I applied within 60 days of purchase, I eventually took the plunge and paid for the 'gift', only to find that when I went to make the booking, the Mercure in Edinburgh is not even listed as an option with the gift I had purchased - even though the particular gift that I purchased was specifically for the MERCURE in Edinburgh! This is clearly a case of mis-selling. You cannot advertise something that you don't have access to! I want my money back - but you are failing to respond to my emails and phone calls. APPALLING LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! I need my money back and I need it NOW! Why can't I get any response from you Buy-a-gift?

TRied to contact BuyaGift. I needed to cancel because the supplier could not deliver at the correct time - an afternoon tea which would arrive some time between 9 and 6! On the phone I was told there would be up to a 45 minute wait and 3 days on I still haven't received a reply to my email.

Booked an experience through yourselves, which I then have to book a date and venue through a second party. There is no availability locally or dates! Also, no one is contacting me about this - despite leaving messages.

I was excited to treat my husband to a night away for our 10 year anniversary so I bought a moderately expensive gift voucher. Sadly nowhere is open at all on the date. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a week and nobody will respond, phone lines are packed. Now I don’t have anything to take him away with. Very upset and won’t use again. Such bad communication.
