“There was a delay on the order due to it being a special design - but the lady in the office when I phoned was very helpful and had it delivered by special delivery free of charge so that I could receive it before Christmas. So thanks very much. The quality of the flask was exactly what I expected and overall I am a happy customer.”

Hi Carol, Thanks for your feedback.The leather pouch is made tight so that the when the leather softens over the time it continues to be a good fit. Whilst it might be a tight fit just now, I'm sure you will see how perfect it becomes over time. ~Rach

“Needs better packaging, glue starting to come apart. No magnet to hold down the lid of the box. Poor box to give a gift in. Sleeve is also too large, obviously generic and not for that individual flask.”

“nice flask. Well presented in good quality pouch and gift box. Feels good handling it , smooth finish heavy and feels like a quality object. Functions well. Good close fitting top which does not need to be over tightened. Only disappointment was the flimsy plastic filling funnel which arrived broken( I'm not surprised given its inferior manufacture). I would not have used it anyway as I have others. I suggest these funnels be replaced by quality metal ones. All family members liked it. My brother in law Matt wants one for x!mas to keep his Bundy in it. I'll get him one. Cheers, Phil.”

“I ordered a flask, with engraving, on Thursday evening, and it was delivered to my home in western Canada on Monday afternoon. It was already on its way with the delivery company on Friday, mere hours after i placed my order. The engraving was done exactly as i had requested (size and placement), and the embossed design on the flask looks as it did in the photos on the website. The only issue is minor; the captive top mechanism is a bit clunky and doesn't look as nice as the rest--it was not shown in the photos. Overall i'm very satisfied, especially with the lightening-quick service.”

“Bought an engraved pewter hip flask. High quality, quick order turn around, and I think a really nice present. Did experience problems (the wrong order was sent out, then the correct order sent to the wrong address) however neither of these were completely the company's fault. The customer service team were very helpful, nice and friendly and went out of the way to get the order to me as quick as possible following the problems I experienced. I would recommend them to others.”

“I bought the Scotland lion pewter hip flask. I didn't recieve a confirmation of purchase email however I contacted the company on the telephone number and the girl was really helpful and forwarded a confirmation email straight away. The flask has a nice look to it however my criticism would be that it was in need of a polish when it arrived and there was some dirty marks around the top which I was able to clean off. Even though I like the flask I would say it was maybe a little expensive for what you get. I would recommend this product”

The marks on the flask would have been a residue of the polish we use in the finishing process. When it dries it can become quite dark. I am glad you were able to remove this. “I ordered an engraved round hip flask, (not a sporran flask), but unfortunately it didn't stand up (as it was designed to do)! When I phoned to ask for a replacement I was told, following some investigation, that none of the round flasks in the warehouse would stand up! I was somewhat surprised by this glaring quality issue!! However, I have given a "good" rating because customer service was good and I received a refund without any quibble.”

“website was very speedy and emailed me a few times to advise problem on order. The problem was that the compay offered a free engraving service on the item I purchased but couldn't do this. I contacted the company to ask why - the service was, and is still offered - and was simply told it was unavailable, not why it was no longer available. That is the only complaint that I have with this Delivery was very quick”
