“Delivery meant to be wed or Thursday which was great as going on holiday Friday and needed to repair cat flap to enable me to go. Its now 22.30hrs on FRIDAY, no delivery, have had to leave hole in door whilst I'm on holiday. I allowed 48 hrs past est delivery and still not here. Poor service.”

“I ordered 10 500g pouches of the product displayed on the website. When it arrived, it wasn't what I ordered. I contacted buyallmeans and asked to return it. After several attempts to send a returns label, I was asked to initiate a return via EBay. This I did and printed out the returns label and took it to the Post Office. The Royal Mail doesn't take parcels over 5Kg. As there were 10 x 500g pouches plus packing it would exceed 5Kg and was refused by the local Post Office. I contacted Buyallmeans who suggested they send a courier to pick it up (It was originally sent via Courier) I asked for the Friday and thought I had sent an e-mail. When I complained about the pick-up not happening I was told they didn't receive my e-mail. In fairness I could find no sign that I sent it. I said I would be available for a pick-up on either Thu 2nd Feb Fri 3rd Feb or the following Mon or Tuesday. I was e-mailed and asked if Friday would be OK I said fine. I waited in all day today Friday 3rd Feb and still no pick-up. I have e-mailed Buyallmeans and am awaiting a response.”

“Purchased item not delivered chased up told must have got lost and would send another (no investigation for a £50 bag of supplement) then item out of stock although still being listed on eBay refund given and item relished on eBay dpfor more money but the original listing was never ended”

“I placed an order and the wrong item was sent. I re-ordered the same item again and was again sent the wrong item. This time I complained and they made the returns process so complicated and costly TO ME that I simply decided that it was too much cost and time consuming and I told them this and they were not in the slightest interested so no more buying from them again. Terrible customer service in my opinion.”

“The delivery date had been and gone. So I asked the seller to confirm the date that this item was posted. Next the i knew was that the seller just refunded my money. So I have purchased the same item from another eBay seller.”

“I'm still waiting for my delivery. I've sent you two emails about my purchase which you didn't respond to. Your phone number is an invalid number. The delivery company you told me you were using know nothing and the tracking number as far as they are concerned is invalid. I would still like to know if or when I can expect my purchase.”

“Lucky to get one star - that is for finally refunding me for an item that they allegedly sent twice but never turned up! Blamed their courier. Will never bother with this company again, since dealt with a company who value my business and act fast.”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with. First of all they never sent my item when they said they would... ( eBay lets you know when the item has been posted) After messaging them I had no response until they saw I had given them feed back. The reply to my message was everything but sincere. I'd say rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. Only took them OVER 3 weeks to send my item... let's see if it actually comes. AVOID at all costs... Unless you have plenty of time but even then from these reviews I can see the ones that haven't been wrote by them themselves. Show the quality is as good as their service... and let's be honest what a load of shit that is!”

“Awful dispatch time. Only dispatched on date of delivery. Do they not realize people are waiting for their items. Took two weeks to deliver an item. Had i known this i would not have purchased from them.”
