“DISHONORABLE! AVOID! Promised some "difficult to find" Dog toys for a good friend. Was very pleased when I found on your website. However a few days later the order was refunded saying that there's been an error on listing and you are not going to fulfil it! Shortly after that I revisited the website and found the same product! Reordered but again the order was dishonoured! Very very poor customer service and sloppy web maintenance if they can't fulfil the order they should remove it! Attracting you to this site by offering goods they cannot fulfil! Avoid!”

“Ordered and paid for an item. Delivery date came and went, order still hadn't been dispatched. Emailed them but was ignored so had to open a case against them. Asked again when my order was going to be dispatched only to eventually be told it wouldn't be and that they'd issue a refund instead. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the item!”

“I was expecting to take delivery of this item on 10 November 2016, but at present I have still not received the goods. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and outside of the agreed deadline is considered to be a breach of contract I have sent 2/3 emails to the email address: care@buyallmeans.co.uk and did not receive either a reply or acknowledgement, your ‘phone number, given on one of your web pages is unavailable - there is no means of contacting you. I have enclosed copies of order confirmation in which you state that you will email me when my order is being shipped (via Hermes two day delivery) - no emails received yet, additionally, on the seller ‘Dashboard’ where I had assumed that I could track my order, it states that I haven’t made any orders. I paid you £74.80 via PayPal on 7 November 2016 - invoice 100006344.”

“I purchased the product based on the photo being shown. When it arrived it was completely different and nothing like the picture. I sent an email via eBay messenger and still never received a reply. Not happy.”

“The size of the product was way to big but I measured my dog twice to check the sizes of the thrunder shirt had to send back at my expense not happy as I am now £4.80 out of packet due to your wrong sizes!!”

“Goods never arrived....emailed several times with no response....luckily enough paid by Pal pal...got a refund...less £1.62...so has actually cost me money!!!!! for nothing.....”

“Wrong amount delivered, e.mails not answered, no telephone number to ring, in total a shambles, I got all the order eventually, and e.mail or call could have saved two frustrating days. Never again”
