Order been despatched but still not delivered. Hermes have had it 4 days and still no sign of it. Communication stopped and no telephone number to call anyone. Very disappointing and I have an eager son waiting for his present.

I ordered a multi pack of gourmet cat food (96 cans). 12 have been delivered in one box and the boxes have never been delivered. I have emailed the customer care line three times to ask for the rest of my order as I have paid the account in full (£40) and there has been no response. I find it very hard to believe that all three emails have not arrived and because there is no phone number to call I feel I have lost my money. I cannot recommend this company - they describe themselves as a small family concern who deliver good customer service but I have not experienced this. I still hope for resolution but i may be being foolish.

After ordering a small in an odedience vest, I returned it via tracked mail, as stated on the return policy, and I am still awaiting my refund after 2 months! I have not so much as had an email off this company acknowledging my emails or returned item. The company's phone number is no longer available and whilst the company's policy was to reorder rather than exchange I now have an ex small vest, but no refund on the small sized vest!! So it has cost me over £100 for two items and I am still owed £55.24 on the previous vest. So my advise to any one reading this review on the web is avoid this site and company!!

They sent the wrong product. They rarely replied back and it was usually a auto message they sent back. I had to open a case with eBay and it took over 2 weeks to sort it out. A rubbish company that just lost out on some regular orders as I have 3 cats Don't order off these guys

Proceed with caution when using this supplier. When something goes wrong there is no phone contact available and emails are slow, brief and not signed. Despite paying the courier surcharge this company were unable to deliver so agreed to credit our account in full. The credit has not arrived and am having to take action as this is a large sum.

Bought a rabbit toy that was broken on arrival due to poor packaging. Contacted their customer service three times but no response. Terrible.

Do not even think of buying from them. Customer service are arrogant do not do as they say they will do just try to take the micky rubbish company just a bunch of amatuers trying to run a business. Totally unreliable.

Don't go there ... Took 6 weeks to get an exchange .. Very poor customer services , hence no phone number for this company and email when they feel like it !!!

Appalling customer service, terrible delivery time and complete lack of care when it comes to packaging and customer support. If you do order just hope nothing goes wrong because if it does you will be strung along then ignored....

I received a completely different looking item to what I have ordered and it is also damaged. I am getting no reply to the email I have send on the day of the delivery (care@buyallmeans.co.uk) Also phone number (01948666627) just keeps on ringing and not getting through. I am very upset about this order and that no one has gotten back to me to rectify these issues in any way, it has been 5 days already and still no reply.

Advertising Fishy Flake Dog food as being in 8x 150gram packages and then only supplied 8x 100gram packages. I've sent 3 e mails to two of their different e mail addresses and can't get a reply from either. I bought from them because the package price was good but then they don't supply what they advertise, and then even worse since Tuesday they haven't answered any of my e mails even to acknowledge having received them.
