“What i bought was not as advertised. A box was advertised and it came in 2 sachets and was not the cat nip that would have been in that box. Very Very poor quality, no smell what so ever just old brown leaves. I am not happy”

“I can't believe I have been emailed for a review?? I haven't received my item despite several emails. I have had no response other than an automated reply sending the same message I had already received with the wrong tracking number! It is clear that you have no idea what is going on as you clearly wouldn't have asked for feedback. I still await my goods or a refund.”

“I recently bought a pet food item from this company. Even though the packaging was undamaged, the item had been split open before sending & crudely repaired with sellotape. This was a FOOD item. Obviously this wasn't acceptable, as it could be stale or contaminated, or both. I requested a return, which was totally ignored. No response whatsoever. I wouldn't ever recommend buying a thing from these people. Total rip off. Avoid like the plague.”

“Dreadful customer service, not helpful or efficient. Delivery's date not accurate, delays in responding to emails, more than 48 hours, some of them are even ignored. I would not recommend.”

“Very unhappy, bought a Kong anxiety shirt, returned it as too small requesting an exchange, but you denied ever recieving it, I am a 76 year old pensioner and can,t afford to lose that much money. I guess you live and learn, the package had my address on it also, and it hasn,t found it,s way back. The post office are puzzled as to why you never received it.”

“Recieved a fish tank friday lunch completely smashed. Didnt have a number to ring directly so emailed them and got nothing back. Still nothing so far, even ebay messaged them.”

“We had a dog coat delivered that was to small. The coat was returned in December 2015 and despite the e-mail below and several other e-mails no refunds has been forthcoming. I can confirm that we have cancelled and refunded your order payment as promised for the item(s) below. You can check the status of the refund in your account. “First package believed damaged within courier sorting hub from looking at tracking details after ten days, requested replacement, nothing happened, no response, ebay then refunded in full and I shopped elsewhere. Accidents happen, but the company's response afterwards can retrieve the situation. In this case it didn't.”

“Claimed they sent the goods but despite several requests never provided any proof. They then claimed they had refunded (twice) but no refund received and no proof that a refund was attempted was provided. Still waiting - this has dragged on for months.”

“Bought a Juwel Vision fish tank which was pictured with a stand. Unfortunately it was the tank only. Partly my fault for not reading the fine print. Sent back the tank and after 3 weeks waiting for my refund had to contact ebay who refunded the money. I don't expect to have to wait nearly 4 weeks for a refund. Won't be using this company again :o(”

“The bird feeder we purchased arrived broken because of insufficient protective packaging,. We took pictures and told Buyallmeans, who eventually sent a returns label. We have now returned the broken goods as requested, but have not received a replacement. I have e-mailed them asking when I can expect the replacement, but as yet, they have not replied”
