“Truly appalling service. Item received broken because it was badly packed. After 3 emails explaining the problem with photos absolutely nothing. No response,no replacement. The worst firm i have ever dealt with. They should be refused space on ebay.”

“A different product was delivered and I contacted you to give you the opportunity to correct it. You asked for the barcode (which I sent you) and I have heard nothing else from you. I will leave negative feedback on Ebay if I do not hear from you.”

“AWFUL SERVICE - do not use this supplier 08.03.2016 Ordered Gentle Leader Head collar for my new dog. Needed urgently as he pulls so paid extra .95p for next day postage. Item not despatched till 10.03.2016, received 12.03.2016. On 13.03.2016 seller emailed - extra postage I paid processed for refund via paypal. Not yet received 31.03.2016 - have emailed them again. What a hassle.”

“bought this item by mistake and asked company to send me details as to return item and they never replied to me so ebay sorted it out and refunded me, so i think if they can not be bothered to answer me i will not use them again........overall very,very poor.”

“After ordering the Hurtta padded Harness in the colour Raspberry, BUT was sent the Cherry colour Padded harness, after contacting support they said they had sent the correct one, well it was Not the same image, Cherry and Raspberry are two totally different colours So the description was Totally wrong !! You were displaying the Raspberry Image and you were shipping the Cherry, and under Trades description that is wrong !!!”

“I ordered an aquarium ornament that arrived broken . I emailed them as soon as I received it . I enclosed photo of broken piece.I did not get a reply . I emailed again the next day to receive an automated reply saying they usually respond in 24 hours but can be longer at weekends and bank holidays . I waited five days and still no response I also contacted them through ebay and six days later still no response at all. I have now contacted ebay to request a refund although I was initially just wanting a replacement ornament. The seller states please email us if you have a problem before giving us a bad review on ebay. This I did but after six days and no acknowledgement at all I think this is very poor indeed.”

“We purchased several bags of Bob Martin Stayfresh Clumping Cat Litter Babysoft 10L - Bob martin changed the product but the label was almost identical. The new litter was no good at all and we binned the whole lot as it was not worth returning. This may not be the retailer's fault but they should have advised us of the change in product or been more aware of the issue. We have had similar comments from other people who use Bob Martin litter who have noticed the change and were upset with the new product”

“Item I received is not what I ordered. They advertise top quality items but send cheap alternative. Despite contacting them and sending barcode details of what I actually got this still hasn't been resolved and still waiting for reply from them”

“Received my purchase (high quality goods, as described but incorrect size) in good time. However, sending it back for a refund was arduous - repeated email requests were ignored and it was over a month before an email threatening to recover the money via our credit card company had the desired result. Not too impressed.”
