Promised next day delivery and failed on their promise. Cancelled order 15 working days ago and still not received refund. Tried calling and emailing them and no reply.... Avoid!

First time I used buyallmeans and they short delivered my order. Then I found there customer service to be very poor. Eventually after opening up a case of dispute via pay pal they relented and refunded me for my missing items. Not even so much as an apology was to follow. So it will be no surprise that I will not be using them again....

Awful company. Advertise next day delivery for a surcharge but small print says allow 2 days to get the deivery actually sent! Paid for that service before realising but 5 days down the line still have not recieved my item! Tried many phone calls and an email but no response yet! Avoid them if at all possible.

Brought an item off eBay didn't work had to send it back no refund was made? Have contacted him since no reply just avoids me but still sends me spam email ? Don't waste your money

Ordered this item on 9th December 2014. Eventually delivered on 16th January 2015 with no apologies from company.

Ordered one dog bed and paid for next day delivery. It didn't arrive, so after EIGHT attempts to contact the seller by phone, it was agreed to refund my extra delivery fee. Upon still no receipt after another day as promised, my emails suggested that the whole order had been cancelled. I attempted phoning several times again. Having had no reply on the phone, I proceeded to re-order the dog bed, paying a further £50. I continued to try to phone the Company to ascertain the situation. I tried for the whole of the day on Friday, countless times. I tried Saturday morning, half of the countless times and as at Monday morning, I have tried at least SIX times already. STILL NO DOG BED, TELEPHONE SUCCESS OR TRACKING INFORMATION. VERY CONCERNED, ANNOYED AND OUT OF POCKET.

I bought 7 items 2 of them were catnip mice were so small 2" long and a very inferior material, 2 dog toys both had squeakies that did not work also the stitching was so poor even though they were for small dogs would not have lasted the day out. yes I agree they were cheap and the delivery pretty fast, but one thing would help would be if the description was better like size not just small, medium or large if you don't have the dimensions you don't know how small is small. Am now waiting for the returns label and then I will see how good their customer service is.

Product arrived damaged and iv tried to contact them 3 or 4 times now and no reply but when I emailed about buying something they replied staight away!

Ordered a cat hammock, had missing poles, sent it back, sent numerous emails to them, had a couple of replies saying they hadn't received it yet, this was last year in November, still not resolved, and still keep sending emails and NO reply

Paid straight away never received item only response I had was to say let us check your address then no further contact, item refunded by eBay, steer well clear!

Dear buyallmeans I can not give a true review yet as I was expecting a package from you on the 3rd or 4 th of September but when I left for my holiday on the 8 th of September I had still not revived it so I disappointingly had to buy els whare. Chris. Roche

Waiting for order over 2 weeks - no reply to my query about where it is. Will not use them again. Going to have to try and get money back - can only guess it is going to be a battle.

although the delivery was quick, i tried to contact them regarding a return item, through the wesite and also through the customer service email, and have not had any reply. I am still waiting, and will not order a replacement item until I recieve the correct customer service

I HAVE ORDERED API STRESS COAT 1.9LTR AND BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A WEEK AND STILL NOT RECEIVED IT. DELIVERY WAS PROMISED WITH IN 3 TO 5 DAYS. NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE. MY PROBLEM IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.
