“The wrong colour Kong was sent despite the correct colour being quoted on the delivery note and order form. No response to e-mail asking them to confirm that a replacement would be sent and return postage costs covered. Would not recommend or use again.”

“I recently purchased a bottle of a 300ml groomers spray for my dog, and I received instead 250ml spray, the bottle and amount advertised was not what i`ve received. I am most annoyed by your attitude, I sent 2 emails to yourselves and never got one reply. So I am one very unhappy customer, right now I am seeking how to get some form of satisfaction, for this very poor buyers and sellers relationship get looked at, by the Consumers Right Authorities. The invoice no. 240516 and order no. 201380 actually stated,, Qty 1 Groomers Coat Condition Spray 300ml. Please sort this out. Thank You Regards Ms Enid Wong”

“Ordered a pink dog toy, when arrived was fluorescent green. Even the packing slip with it said pink. Disappointed that company was so careless in its picking and packing.”

“Item arrived slow, when it arrived wrong colour even theough included invoice statet correct colour, then when contacted and asked for a resonable refund due to underlined grounds in the letter I was only offered less than 1 £ refund - not happy with attitude. for that reason won't ever use again nor refer on.”

“Placed an order on Monday for delivery next day . This was done before there advertised cut off time . Nothing was delivered on the Tuesday. I got in contact with them to see what's happening - I was told it was due for dispatch on the Tuesday . I never received any shipping email. On the Wednesday I contacted them twice and had no reply. Wednesday evening I received a automated your product has been shipped email. It is now Thursday and still no delivery . I contacted them again to be told they would refund my postage and they provided a tracking reference for my shipment . Having looked at this the shipping company have not even collected my item. I then contacted them again and have since had no reply at all . Tomorrow is Friday and still waiting for my order . Not impressed and the communication is poor and lacking basic customer service”
