“Slow dispatch, slow delivery. Hermes sent my parcel to the wrong depot and you wouldn't even track my parcel for me. Would not buy from you again!”

“The cuz squeaky dog ball arrived minus squeak. I have had this type of Cuz toy before and they are tough but flexible and the squeak lasted a very long time. But this one clearly has the squeak mechanism but yet the squeak is simply not there. The only positive comment I can make is that the delivery was prompt. I want to return the item either direct to the seller or via amazon but so far I have been unable to find a contact the seller link and there is no record of my order on my amazon account. Very unhappy”

“The service I got was great. The product that I purchased has to be the worst of its kind ever invented. Maybe more research into a product and its ability to do the job it states its capable of before selling it would remedy this. I bought four automatic rabbit feeders from them in a bid to conserve my rabbit food and minimilise waste. The opposite has happened as the first thing the rabbit does is turn the feeder over and due to the hugely floored design of this product it just falls over and automatically feeds your rabbits and more besides. A terrible product that should never of been marketed.”

“I ordered a fish tank on the 26th. I ordered the tracking courier of 1-2 days. I signeed in the account and there was no order there to track. I emailed and got a reply to give my address but I've not had a reply since. Considering its holidays you should have specified that the courier service wouldn't be 1-2 days as I paid an extra £7 for this. Also I now can't sigo into my account to track if there is anything on there. I'm not happy with this and would.expect a refund for the courier srevue and bad communication. I still haven't received it and now cannot track it. I will probably be at work now when it's delivered. Kind regards Clare”

“We purchased a coat for our dog and returned the item recorded delivery under their terms and conditions but we have not had an acknowledgement that they have received the item even though we have proof that the item was signed for by one of their staff. Despite repeated requests they have refused to answer our emails. We feel cheated and have concerns that they are operating a bogus company. We are now having to take legal advice to attempt to recieve a full refund.They have no contact telephone number,we feel very let down.”

“Bought item as seen on website. Item confirmed in email. Took seller 2 days to dispatch and another 2 days to arrive. Buyallmeans sent different item. Not what was wanted. Sent email to seller. No reply from seller. Put in Paypal claim. Paypal required item to be returned by tracked mail. Tracked mail cost nealy as much as item bought. I am now out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Bought same item much cheaper from other ebay seller, and it arrived next day by first class mail. Waste of time and money doing business with Buyallmeans. Avoid at all costs!!!!!”

“This is the second review I have posted on Byallmeams of Wayhills Industrial Estate Shropshire. I did not think it could get ANY worse, how wrong was I. I purchased two Squirrel Baffles as seen in their catalog. What was received was not as described or shown. I am unable to assemble them as they seem to be designed for something else. I followed the process for requesting return and refund well within the time limit, as they are not fit for purpose. No response, I have since followed up with several emails, over the last two weeks, still no response. There is no other means of contacting them other than by email. So is this a company you would want to trust and spend good money with. I would not take the risk.”

“Delivery was slow, the product was faulty when it arrived. After an initial reply to my email reporting this when they offered to exchange or refund, they have since ignored all my emails so I have been left with a faulty product. These people are NOT trustworthy.”

“I was supposed to have a dog crate arrive within 3-5 business days for an international flight. I called BuyAllMeans on the 7th business when I had still not received the crate and BuyAllMeans could not locate with crate. They are currently looking into it, but I would not call this a reliable company.”
