“I bought the strong stuff gorilla for my dog Angel. He has played with a little donkey toy for the past year, but it was getting a bit old. So I bought him the gorilla, thinking that it would last longer. This was gorilla after 12 minutes.”

“Very ,very ,very poor service and would never recommend any one to buy from buyallmeans . Ordered 2 dog leads and paid for 24hr delivery . One lead turned up 5 days later ! The customer service is bad , it takes 24hr to return a email and won't give out a contact number . Overall a really sh*t service ........ I hope the owner of the company sees this review and gets to know how badly it operates . Never again .......”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Bought a complete bird cage from the Buy all means eBay store. Item arrives late with the base broken due to inadequate packaging. Messaged immediately with photo's asking for a replacement and offering the broken item to be returned. After 2 days waiting for a response I was told returning was not necessary and a replacement would be dispatched. After a few more days received another message to say the replacement would be dispatched, why it wasn't dispatched before hand I don't know. Ended up having to chase an expected arrival date which I was told beginning of the week. Had to chase again at the end of said delivery week to be asked to return the broken item and that a replacement would be dispatched. Considering by this time 3 weeks had passed since the order and I was told a return was not necessary I had since scrapped the broken item as broken plastic is not what I need around the house. Since this message I have been ignored on a number of occasions and no replacement or refund has ever been received. This company is a joke, customer service is appalling. If you have a problem they will ignore you or fob you off until you lose the will to live with them. My only advice is to AVOID!!!!!”

“I sent messages and several emails to BuyAllMeans and have only received a single generic response. I’m chasing this now from two different email addresses and through eBay that I monitor constantly, in desperation now as I’ve not had any lights on in my aquarium now for almost a week. I ordered and paid immediately on the 4th May, 2016, for a Juwel Fish Tank Aquarium Monolux 60 Hood Lid Rekord 60/70 600/700 1x15w for delivery to my works address in Great Yarmouth, United Kingdom. I paid the £4.99 for the express delivery, which said the item would be here with me on Friday 6th May, 2016. I chased this item in the afternoon of the 6th May with no response. Subsequently, I did receive an email notification that this item was out for delivery late on the 6th May. I them received notification that it was delivered on Saturday 7th May. This isn’t possible as the office is not open on Saturdays anymore. I was provided with a tracking number that Hermes doesn’t recognise. However, after some digging I managed to find out some delivery info: ? In transit ? Delivered on Saturday, 7. May. 2016. Last scanned date Monday, 9. May. 2016. Package location – Newmarket. Dispatch status – Delivered. Postage carrier – Hermes. Delivery message – Delivery Delay – Damaged. All very contradictory. And very disappointing! I will never use BuyAllMeans again and actively encourage my friends to not use BuyAllMeans. Ever.”

“I ordered in good faith some concaves, for my nesting boxes, the picture clearly shows wooden, I received MDF... Chipboard, call it what you like, but it's not solid wood. I am waiting for returns labels to send them back. The material used can kill nesting baby birds, the glue can seep out once the concaves are full of urine and faeces. Please send my money back.”
