“The oder was damaged and you mess about with a replacement. When you do decide to replace the item it's to late I don't need it anymore”

“wrong items sent, no number to ring them just emails. should have collected delivery never turned up. nearly two weeks of having my money and still no satisfaction for refund. Asked for head office number - no answer. Worst people to deal with when THEY get it wrong”

“it is now 5 days after making my order and nothing has arrived.I paid extra for first class delivery.I contacted customer care yesterday and have had no reply. Despite registering an account with them I am unable to track my order as my account says I have no orders pending. Very poor service.”

“Ordered a Pet-Mate Elite 355 Cat flap on 6th September and have still not received it !! Have tried contacting care@buyallmeans.co.uk several times. Had one response asking if I wanted a refund or replacement and another informing me they are now out of stock. Have asked for tracking details since I paid for tracked delivery but have heard nothing. Cannot get any response or find a telephone number !!!”

“Order 36 packets of cat treats for over £50 but they did not arrive. I was given a Hermes tracking number but it just said order placed. Customer service slow at getting back to me. they offered a replacement or refund. I went from replacement but still not arrived. Customer service not responding to my email. I have opened a Paypal dispute. I do not rate this company, customer service is poor and there is not a phone number available to contact them in person. Will shop elsewhere in the future.”

“No, no and no! Trying to rip me off. Wrong item (instead of 8 bags got only 2), wrong invoice (even weight was wrong). Terrible customer service via email only available. Waiting for my money back.”

“The bird table was poorly made, had a part on top missing. Returned it and had to pay £10:50 to return. It took me chasing up e bay for a money refund. I had no contact from seller!”

“I've received this email, asking for a review, and haven't received the goods, I've tried to look for a customer service telephone number, and there doesn't seem to be one, I'm not at all satisfied at the moment, I paid via pay pal, so I'm sure I can take it up with them”

“I bought a fish tank that, after a few weeks, developed serious cracks, some of which were starting to leak. After initially receiving an automated email promising a refund, Buyallmeans then reneged on this promise. No further comms were received from them. I opened a Paypal dispute, was forced to return the item at my own expense and eventually received a refund from Paypal. This company is an absolute shambles, not got giving any consideration or service to it's customers. Caveat emptor.”
