“Very impressed with initial advice service, both by phone and by online chat when ordering. We then had a problem with not making the promised delivery time, which caused me some initial alarm, but what MOST impressed me was the speed and initiative with which the problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Oh, and the quaich looked great too! Many thanks...”

“I was really impressed with the service I received at buyaquaich.com. I failed to notice that my requested quaich was special order and would take some extra time for delivery, but the lady in customer services was just brilliant, helping me out and making sure that I received what I needed on time. The quality of the product is also superb. This was a brilliant shopping experience.”
