“Due to my poor planning, we didn't have a wedding gift and needed one in a hurry. Found this site with their excellent selection of quaichs, rang their telephone number and found the staff to be helpful, polite and efficient. The quaich arrived on time and was better looking than shown in the photographs. Excellent service. Excellent product.”

“We received the Quaich quicker than I anticipated seeing as it was being sent from Scotland to the US. The engraving was done beautifully and the bride and groom loved it! It was a great gift!”

“I ordered 3 items which were quick to arrive & were well packaged. Unfortunately 1 of these (an engraved item) was scratched so I contacted the company who arranged for a replacement straight away. At every stage they (Samantha) were very quick to respond to my emails, very professional and I can honestly say that this is the best customer service I have ever seen from any company. There are a magnitude of big organisations out there who could learn a thing or two about customer service from this company. I would happily order from them again and have full confidence knowing that any problems encountered will be addressed by a real person.”
