“Good clear website with detailed information on products and ease of navigation. The ordering process was very straightforward and helpful. Dispatch was prompt. Delivery process excellent. “Very happy with the Quaich I ordered and the excellent service I received. I made a typo error in the message to be engraved (totally my own fault!) and didn't realise until it was too late and the Quaich was on its way. After sending an email to the company explaining what I had done, they immediately sent a replacement Quaich. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.”

“I really was impressed with the efficient, friendly service. Being able to talk to the sales team via livechat was very helpful as I had several queries and I needed my quaich in a hurry - complete with engraving! I'm really happy with the quaich and the engraving looks great. Many thanks, guys!”

“Service was exceptional. Item arrived in Australia days after order was placed. Only problem our quaiche sat in Hobart for about 2 weeks before it arrived. Very happy with our purchase and would definitely purchase from you again.”
