“I purchased two tankards as a christening present for my two grandchildren. I ordered the tankards on Monday and they were delivered on Tuesday beautifully engraved. My only disappointment is that there is not an "excellent" rating for this review.”

“The first tankard I ordered had been discontinued but I got an email the same day to let me know. I then ordered another one which arrived the following day - couldn't believe how quickly it came and am delighted with it.”

“Thank you for all your help my tankard it arrived within a week of order it is perfect. Telephone staff were very helpful and quick to reply they also sorted out problems with the date and my granddaughter now has her tankard to celebrate her birth I will defiantly use again and recommend to all my friends.”

I live in the USA and my delivery was updated and followed up with e-mails throughout the delivery process. Many thanks to staff member Rachel for her diligent updates and e-mail contact.
