“I had excellent help from customer service. I was able to chat with a representative online and I even got a discount. You have a large selection to choose from. I received my tankard and I am pleased with the product. I would definitely order from your company again. Happy holidays. I would also like to add that I am very pleased with the timely delivery as this is a Christmas gift for my husband. Sincerely, Debra Wickham”

“I was very pleased with the whole process. All my questions were answered via email within a few hours and the staff did everything they could to make sure I got just the tankard I was after. I ordered a custom tankard and it was made, engraved and shipped all on the day of ordering and the tankard turned up two days later.”

“We are more than delighted with the engraved tankard , which we gave to our 1 year old for his birthday yesterday. The service was excellent every step of the way and we are still shaking our heads at the fact that we received the package ftom Edinburgh one week after ordering it from Melbourne Australia!
