“Best price I could find on the net. Easy to order. Phoned with query, they phoned back. Good communication. Tumble dryer exactly as described. Delivery guy happy to carry it into my kitchen.”

“first time buy from Buywise, easy to deal with, dates given for delivery adhered to, a two hour slot given on the day before delivery, and adhered to, meant you did not have to wait in for the hole day, so far very pleased, would buy from them again.”

“You responded to a telephone enquiry straight away, understood what appliance I was looking for and provided a superior model when my preferred model wasn't available. The order process was easy and the delivery was on time on the agreed date. overall an excellent service, can't fault it!”

“We bought a dishwasher that was competitively priced. We were informed that the item had been discontinued so we were offered the later model at the same price. The item was delivered quickly and the delivery men were efficient and keen to ensure our satisfaction. Would definitely use them again.”

“Buywise staff go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. They are a very friendly family business, very trustworthy and you will certain get a bargain. The delivery and installation service is excellent and at an amazing bargain. They will recycle your old appliance for FREE, some companies charge from £15. I am very happy that I purchased my washing machine from this amazing company. Buywise deserve a 5* +++++++”

“Hostess trolley was really useful at Christmas. It avoided that last minute panic trying to keep everything warm when maybe one item wasn't quite ready to take out of the oven. Customer service was excellent too. On unpacking the trolley we found that one of the cable retaining clips was broken, but after a short email to the company they popped two spare clips in the Post, and I was able to fit them myself.”

“I bought a large size White Knight tumble dryer. It was delivered on time and date I was given. Unfortunately this one was damaged. However when I rang Buywise Appliances, they were very easy to deal with and immediately arranged for the damaged one to be collected and a replacement sent. No problem with the replacement, arrived when expected. I am very happy to recommend Buywise Appliances for anyone's first port of call to see what they have and the excellent prices they offer. The customer service is excellent.”

“The delivery men were late but called us to say when they would arrive. They met the revised time asnd were very helpful in getting the freezer into the kitchen. The freezer was eventually switched on - it appeared noisless but seemed to be working.”
