I am happy with the price and with the swift on time delivery which is very good. However I am unhappy with the installation I paid for. The washing machine was not properly levelled and the installer shoved a folded piece of cardboard under one leg. I said this was not acceptable but he continued to insist it was. He then said he did not have a tool to adjust the leg. When I lent him one of mine he adjusted it without tightening the lock nut, insisting everything was fine. I know that when a washing machine is left to wobble when running it shortens the life of the machine. Great shame that my buying experience is let down like this. It would have taken all of 10 minutes to do this right. I also found the new water hose left next to the machine and had to replace the old water hose with the new one myself. Washer wasn't delivered as arranged. No one contacted me to say wouldn't be delivered or why not delivered. I had to ring to chase. Finally delivered and set up ok.

Ordered a dishwasher on line which was said to be in stock. Phone call few minutes later to say not in stock and had been discontinued. Offered a replacement. By time checked replacement Buywise closed for weekend. Ordered the replacement, but unable to deliver for 8 days. Had paid for installation and when running a rinse program to clean out before use the dishwasher stopped working during the cycle. Tried elec. bits to no avail. Couldn't get a replacement for another week so told them to cancel order. After persuasion arranged collection. Wife pulled machine out day before to disconnect and found that the water inlet was detached - obviously not put in right by their fitter!

Was limited by space when replacing old fridge freezer. Without exception, none of the possible replacements were anywhere near the quality of my old Hotpoint Ice Diamond (aged 17) and none matched the capacity. I could cater for a family of 5 before, now there are only 2 of us and not enough fridge space. Lack of shelving and flexibility are a real bugbear, as is poor, ill-thought out design. The ceiling light is obliterated by items on the top shelf, leaving the rest of the space in darkness. The shallow freezer drawers, being solid, will ice up unlike a basket drawer. I would gladly have paid double for a product of quality. (None of this is the fault of Buywise). It is fairly quiet, however.

In response to my question, customer service advised that the delivery personnel would 'lift' into position the integrated refrigerator I had ordered since I had paid for two person delivery. In the event, the delivery personnel had no record of this request and were reluctant to comply. They did so only after some gentle persuasion. On the day before the promised delivery date, I was provided with a 2 hour window of '12 to 2', however I received a phone call from the delivery personnel st 10 on the morning of delivery stating that they would arrive within the hour, one hour ahead of the proposed delivery time causing some inconvenience.
