“Buywise fulfilled all that I could expect of them. They price-matched a product at a very keen price. They had the item in stock. They arranged delivery on a date and at the time that was convenient, and delivered promptly. That is excellent service, and in the unfortunate event of another domestic machine going bust, I will be back on to Buywise in a flash.”

“I was sceptical of all the glowing testimonials I had read online.Perhaps they were all from friends and family! How wrong I was to doubt! I ordered a washing machine on Tues,it was delivered 7 minutes into the time slot on theThursday,and it was also £100 cheaper than Currys! Oh, and not to forget the delivery man who was polite and very helpful. 10 out of 10 Buywise I will certainly be recommending you to friends and family.”

“Hello (this review is on behalf of David Nightingale, my son-in-law), as I took delivery, and then delivered it to him). You beat me to doing a review for the tumble dryer recently purchased. I understand that you're not a big organisation. It's a good job. The bigger the organisation the worse the service seems to be. No one on earth could argue with me when I say that your service from order to delivery was totally unbeatable. I cannot praise you enough and the delivery gentleman deserves all the accolades that can be heaped on him. What an employee he was. Courteous, hardworking, on time (and that's something).He said between 9.00 and 11am and he arrived at 10.10am. To top it all he was very, very pleasant. Please tell him. He deserves it. As for you, more people should, no must, use you. Your delivery schedule was unbeatable, really unbeatable. Congratulation Buywise.”

“Competitive price, Excellent and very helpful staff. I had a problem due to m fault and when I contacted the sales, thy promised to check in and phone back at a time ti suit me. They did and sorted my problem. Delivery was prompt and very helpful . I strongly recommend them.”

“Great company! Came accros them via the Which website. I signed up for a dishwasher which, as it turned out, had been superceeded. A very polite lady from Buywise took the time to phone me to explain that my chosen model had been discontinued and to offer me the newer version at the original price. They kept me well informed as to the progress of my order and it arrived bang on time. All in all the experience could not have been bettered.”

“It appeared that the Bosch washing machine that we selected and ordered was unfortunately no longer available, Buywise apologised and offered an alternative at the same price, which before we accepted, checked other suppliers prices and were unable to better it. It seems also that the machine has a better spec than our first choice and although we have only been using it a week are up to now delighted with it. Delivery was as promised, and arrived within the advised time slot, so can only say, an altogether pleasant transaction throughout, This is our first Bosch machine so it will be sometime before we could really comment on the machine itself and its reliability, but soundings in the forums by other users are favourable. Thank you Buywise.”

“There was a functional problem with the freezer we ordered but Buywise were absolutely brilliant and did everything they could to sort it out as swiftly as possible. Never heard of them before this purchase so was a bit nervous about ordering online but their customer service, including the really helpful delivery guys, was exemplary. Will always go to them first in future and have already recommended Buywise to friends/family. Great personal service - thanks.”

“First the delivery driver was so helpful, arrived within the time slot. He was able to place the item in the place I wished (it was not easy for him but he did) So a very big thank you for all of his help, also Amy who helped me with my purchase via the phone she was so brilliant. “Competitive pricing on a washing machine was reason for purchase. We agreed delivery date. On preceding day an email indicated the 2 hour time slot for delivery, The machine came in agreed slot. It was bought into the house & the old one efficiently taken away. A very efficient service which I would recommend to anyone & will definitely consider using them again when an appropriate purchase comes around.”
