“The buzzmove service was extremely good. Unfortunately there are some service resellers who list on buzzmove leaving you twice removed from the actual service provider. This caused some issues with communication of an accurate inventory to the service provider but I was able to resolve that on the day. My issues, however, cannot be blamed on buzzmove, who not only provided an easy to use search function, but also followed up after the move to make sure everything went well.”

“Really useful in terms of quick way to get contact with a number of service providers. Would be even better if there was option of listing out furniture to be moved and house details and having quotes generated based on this, but I appreciate many companies prefer tO visit. At least it saved me phoning around initially, could just see who interested and go from there.”

“Quotes came back very quickly and were pretty competitive. The user experience on the site was generally good, but there were a few back end technical errors in signing up as a new user, etc.”

“The process to obtain a quote was very good and we have (we think!) found a good firm as a result. The only negative is the messaging system - it's awful and very cumbersome. Would be much better if communications with potential removals firms could be via normal email after the initial contact.”

“I had a call from a removal company within hours even on a bank holiday they were very professional and we used them I only got 1 other call though and it was 4 weeks later which was far to late”
